This is the easiest crochet poncho pattern!
When you need a little bit warm , It will be your favourite cloth in autumn. You can easily make the length as you want. You can crochet it easily and the result will be fabolous.
Materials
150 gr-540 mt- yarn size:3
6 mm hook
Stitches used
Chain: ch
Single crochet:sc
Double crochet:dc
Stitch: st
Notes
When you see *( )** it means you repeat the instructions in between *( )** Where you see the word turn it means to turn your work clockwise and work back down the row.
Pattern
Make a slipknot and ch88. Then join two sides together. (You can start with any number that you can divide by eight.)
Row1: Ch5 and make 2dc in the same st+make 1dc of 21st+(2dc+ch2+2dc) in the next st+make 1dc of 21 st+(2dc+ch2+2dc) in the next st+(2dc+ch22dc)in the next st+make 1dc of 21st+at the end of the row make 1 dc in the first st and make a sl st to the 3th ch.
Row2: Ch5+make 1dc in the ch2 sp+*(ch1+skip 1st+1dc in the next st)**until come to the next corner. You will do the same thing in the 21dc area between the two corners. When you come to the corner make; *(dc+ch2+dc)** in every ch2 sp. Finish this row with a ch and sl st.
Row3: Sl st to the ch2 sp+ch5+2dc in the ch2 sp+*(1dc in to the st+1dc in to the ch1 sp)** you will do the same thing between the two corners. When you come to the corner; *(2dc+ch2+2dc)** in every sp. Finish this row with a dc in the first ch2 sp and make a sl st.
Repeat Row2 and Row3 until you have totally 35 rows nearly 25 inches long. If you want to more longer you will crochet more rows.
Finishing Row: Sl st to the ch2 sp +2sc+ ch2+insert your hook from two loops which is the bottom of the chains – you can see in photo1- and make a picot+sc in the ch2 sp+3sc in the next 3st+ *(ch2 and make a picot+4sc)** You should do the same thing on the corners.
